In the midst of the city...a quiet and peace-filled place
The Chicago Cenacle is located on a tree-lined residential block in the historic Lincoln Park neighborhood. The Cenacle Sisters have been present to the evolving urban landscape of Chicago for almost 90 years.  Tens of thousands of men and women have been touched by their presence.

The Chicago Cenacle is a community of Cenacle Sisters, some of whom are retired from active ministry, who gather daily for prayer and the Eucharisitic celbration. In addition, it is the home to The Cenacle Retreat and Conference Center, a Cenacle Prayer Enrollment Office, and ongoing opportunities for Retreats and Spiritual Direction under the guidance of Cenacle Sisters . 

The Chicago Cenacle has two chapels on the main floor.  There are sleeping and dining accomodations for overnight retreatants, including a small private chapel on the floor of the building specifically designated as silent.  In addition, there are four parlors for quiet conversation and reflection with a Cenacle Sister. Of note, Chicago Cenacle has two enclosed courtyards which enable guests to enjoy nature in the midst of the vibrant urban Chicago community.
