Sister Helen Beairsto

Sister Helen has been a member of this international congregation of Our Lady of the Retreat in the Cenacle aka: Cenacle Sisters for over 20 years. She shares in the ministry of the congregation which is to make Jesus known and loved through a variety ministries. She has been trained in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola as well as diverse schools of prayer. Sr. Helen is a Licensed clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. She is a member in the Spiritual Directors International, the Biospiritual Focusing Research Institute and the National Association of Social Workers. Sr. Helen has been involved in various pastoral ministries and is presently ministering part time as a Mental Health Clinician located in an inner city. She also offers retreats, days and/or evenings of prayer and reflection at the Prayer Enrollment site and other areas that she is invited to.

Laura Craig
Prayer Enrollment Manager
Ms. Craig became manager for the Prayer Enrollment Office in Highland Park in November, 2006.  She graduated from Fordham University and received an MS degree from Rutgers University.  Laura completed a 30- month diocesan formation program for lay ministers.  She is a certified spiritual director.  For her parish, Laura has been a pastoral facilitator for small church communities.  She started a ministry in 1999 for persons who are separated and divorced, and for the next 8 years guided many toward wholeness and healing.    Laura gives retreats, days of reflection and prayer services.  In May, 2007, Laura made first promises as a Cenacle Companion.  She enjoys cooking and baking and practices yoga wherever she can.
