FEBRUARY 3-5 Stitching the Spiritual Into Our Winter Hearts: Nurturing the Seeds of Our Gifts We will find God in the ordinary as we discover our hidden gifts. We will experience prayer and meditation while stitching and learning to be aware of God's presence in every day tasks and all types of hand-stitching. God and our Church teach us that we are called to be in relationship with God and others. This tension will be explored with a special focus on the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist and Penance - all encounters with Christ in the community of the Church. Rev. MARCH 29 Lenten Day of Prayer: Drawing Closer to Jesus with Mary at the Cross Sometimes the mystery of the cross is the only thing that makes sense out of our suffering. Mary was never closer to her son than in his suffering and death. Come and pray with Mary at the Cross. Taking on the qualities of the elements, we will be transformed into creative disciples and apostles of the Good News. Rev. APRIL 19 A Couples Evening at the Cenacle Helping Each Other to Find God in All Things -> Examen: An Ignatian approach to sharing with each other the events of the day within the context of faith. CENACLE HOME RETREAT
The Cenacle Home Retreat, based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola and Scripture, is an opportunity to grow in one’s prayer life and to deepen one’s personal relationship with the Lord. Groups of 8 to 12 persons meet in private homes for two hours once a week for ten weeks, under the guidance of trained facilitators. The Cenacle Home Retreat is open to all who are willing to pray at least fifteen minutes a day on the suggested prayer materials. Offering: $65/per person covers cost of materials. Cenacle Directors, trained for this spiritual ministry, offer you the opportunity to reflect with another about how you are growing in your relationship with God, manifested in prayer and everyday living. Arrangements are made through the Retreat Office, a Sister, or lay Director throughout the year. Please discuss the suggested offering amount with your Spiritual Director.

DIRECTED RETREATS
Directed Retreats are individual retreats during which you meet with a trained Spiritual Director who assists you in recognizing God’s presence and action in your life and in your retreat. Some previous retreat experience or Spiritual Direction is recommended. The offering for room and board is $55 per day and an additional offering for Spiritual Direction is suggested. CENACLE PRAYER ENROLLMENT
The mission of the Cenacle is comprised of three interrelated elements: Prayer, Ministry and Community Life. Prayer, as is true for all of us, is directed to deepening our relationship with God and surrendering to God's will. Another important aspect of prayer in the Cenacle is interceding for the needs of our world, the Church adn those who entrust their intentions to us. Anyone living or deceased may be enrolled. Cenacle Prayer Enrollment is ideal for an individual or group who wishes to share the joy of a special event, to give comfort and prayer support during illness or crisis or to express sympathy for the loss of a loved one.
