Being The Best You!

Details

“Being The Best You”

Being a teenager is a period of time filled with growth, change, hope, and exploration. While navigating young adulthood, there are also distractions that can impede growth and stressors that can derail or hinder plans. Throughout this journey there is a need to recognize support along the way and how our gifts and talents can help us continue to grow, thrive, and build resilience.

In this session, Sarah will offer practical strategies, discuss the landscape of the young person today, and provide insights through her daily work and utilizing stories. Parents, grandparents, or other adult influencers in a young adult’s life are highly encouraged to join this presentation so that you can discover strategies for enabling and empowering young adults to make healthy decisions.
