Sr. Helen Beairsto, r.c. is a Cenacle Sister in the North American Province, whose ministry is spiritual direction, retreats and offering spiritually orientated programs. Her original formation in the Spiritual Exercises occurred in her community formation and this was followed with ongoing certificate programs as well as a post Graduate Diploma focused in Spirituality and Spiritual Direction at Fordham University. She continues to minister in this area to a wide variety of people and experiences it as a deep privilege to companion others on their spiritual journey. She is a long time Educator and Facilitator of Biospiritual Focusing, a professional in the field of Mental Health and a former practitioner in nursing. She has a deep appreciation of nature including pets, the cosmos, and a lifelong desire to integrate spirituality and science.
