zAging as a Spiritual Practice: Science of Healthy Aging

Details

Everything changes. It is true that everything we love is destined to change and age. It is equally true that every moment brings new possibilities, fresh beginnings, a wealth of appreciation and a depth of gratitude that affects how our lives proceed. Aging is beyond our control, but how we age is up to us!

Join our engaging 90 minute program, lead by Joan McGovern, where we will explore information from scientific research, as well as engaging contemplative reflections designed to connect with our spiritual nature. Two sessions will make up this program: 1) The Science of Healthy Aging on November 2, and; 2) Touching Divine Nature on November 16. Registrants need not attend both, but are welcomed to do so. This is the first of the two, the Science of Healthy Aging. You may register for this event with the link below — this program has a limit on registrants, so reserve your space soon.

You may also register for both events (with a discounted offering) by clicking HERE.
