Even in this extraordinary time when the pandemic has disrupted our daily routines, many of us still have difficulty slowing down, finding the right balance and abiding in silence. But there are many ways to practice, “the art of pausing.” This mini-retreat explores ways to bring greater balance into our lives so we can create enough space to, “feel, think, dream, and question.

This is a two hour retreat.

Retreatants are encouraged to login from their computer rather than their phones for this Zoom-based retreat.
