A prayerful pause, a vigil on the eve of the election.
Led by Cenacle Sister Margaret Rohde, rc, this 45 minute online prayer service is held on the eve of the US General/Presidential Election. This offering is providing a sense of solidarity, and a dedicated pause for prayer for the United States and its citizens in light of the election. Those looking to find peace, calm, or inspiration to be good followers of Christ and neighborly citizens, regardless of personal politics are warmly invited. Those looking to campaign, admonish, or whose partisanship is overwhelming their Gospel Call to Holiness are invited to discern other prayer sessions around the election.
Sr. Margaret will guide the prayer which will include music, sacred silence, questions to consider, and more. Participants are not expect to speak/share.
