Dear Friends,

On Monday, we were blessed to have the Insurance Adjuster meet with the Sisters and assess the damage as result of Hurricane Harvey and release of the water from the dams. Sisters and Staff were able to begin assisting with the mucking and removal of damaged items, with the help of Belfor USA Team.  Today, the mucking and clean up continues, here are pictures of our Sisters, Provincial, Treasure and Cenacle Staff helping in the Recovery efforts, we are currently taking donations for Harvey Recovery.

God bless you all and thank you for keeping us in your prayers, please know you are in ours!

Please join Fr. John Rooney as he leads us into the gift of Thomas Merton.  Fr. Thomas (Luis) Merton once said, "We have what we seek. We don't need to run after it. If we give it time, it will make itself known to us." The gift of Thomas Merton is his ability to articulate the spiritual life in very incarnational language. There are many Mertons- journalist, poet, essayist, photgrapher, ecumenist and spiritual writer - all at the service of helping us come to know the face of our living God. Come and discover (or rediscover) Thomas Merton as a spiritual master who still speaks to our timesl.

Inner Healing Day of Prayer takes a look at our memories.  Good memories seem to enliven us to move forward in life.  Memories of hard times or past difficulties sometimes seem set in stone and hold us back.  How do we activate our memories to serve us rather than weigh us down or impede our growth?  Come and see what the healing Christ has for you.
