What Is T’ai Chi Chih?

T’ai Chi Chih is a moving discipline that brings peace and serenity to those who practice regularly.  The circulation and balancing of the Chi is the great secret of life.  It is a valuable discipline that affects the inner organs as well as the muscular and skeletal structures. T’ai Chi Chih discipline is a moving meditation with far reaching benefits.  The slow, gentle movements promote physical wellbeing such as blood pressure and weight control, as well as mental and emotional wellbeing.
