Yoga is meditative prayer, when you mindfully move into stillness to know God (Psalm 46:10). Focusing on the breath and the body through gentle stretches, we will explore the body mind to learn about ourselves and experience our wholeness.  Movement, art, journaling, reflection and rest will heighten our awareness as we listen for that still, small voice of the One who loves so.
