Join Sr. Mary Peters, rc at the National Shrine of St. Francis Xavier Cabrini in Lincoln Park Chicago for the first in a series of First Fridays that are returning in-person!
“The one who hopes lives differently; the one who hopes has been given new life.” (Spe Salvi, Pope Benedict).
Hope requires a change of life. As we close the Season of Creation on the Feast of St. Francis, we pause to reflect on how we are called to hear the cries of creation and the cries of the poor. How are we challenged to live differently? How does our hope respond? Join us, with Sr. Mark Peters, as we ponder and probe these questions and perhaps as we plan on how to act upon our hope.
